Your Credit Card Will Be Billed Monthly (3-month minimum)

Payments will be billed automatically on a monthly basis until you request a pick-up. You can manage your account in our customer portal and do things like terminate your rental (please allow up to 10 business days for the rental container to be picked up) and change your payment method. Up to 10 standard pallets can fit in a 20ft container, or 11 Euro pallets (which are slightly smaller). 40ft containers can handle more than twice as many pallets. 21 standard pallets will fit in a 40ft container, or up to 24 Euro pallets.

If the truck is unable to safely maneuver at the delivery site, or risks getting stuck sinking into the grass or mud, the customer may still be charged a dry run fee.

If your container leaks we’ll replace it, but we aren’t liable for what it might damage inside the container. Make sure to open your container doors at least once per month to make sure everything is in working order.

What is the process for canceling or extending the container rental agreement?

There is no need to extend your container rental agreement as it will automatically continue until you decide to terminate it. Termination of your storage container rental agreement takes place within our rental pick-up request form. We’ll stop charging you rent the business day after your request pick-up and we’ll pick up your container the next time a truck is in your area (this could be the next day or up to ten business days from your pick-up request).
