Rental Container Delivery (2–5 Business Days)
After securing your Conex container rental through our preferred partner, we’ll promptly inform you via email within one business day of the expected delivery date (the driver will also contact your designated site contact once en route). When it’s time to have your storage container picked up, please ensure it is both empty and unobstructed before ending your rental through our pick-up form.
Your Credit Card Will Be Billed Monthly (3-month minimum)
Monthly payments for storage container rentals will be automatically billed until a pick-up request is made. Easily manage your account through our customer portal, where you can terminate your rental (please allow up to 10 business days for container pick-up) and modify your payment method. At Western, we prioritize transparency with no hidden charges or long-term contracts. Once you’ve met the 3-month minimum rental you can keep the storage container for as long as you need it on a month-to-month basis.
